Everyone constantly says that exercising is good for the mind, and something we should be getting involved in to look after our mental health. Sometimes, when we don’t have a gym buddy on standby, we have no option but to go alone. This is something that women are battling as 76% of women uncomfortable exercising in public.
Come with me as I go to exercise to see if it is as anxiety inducing as it may feel in our heads.
